Jewish Learning Fellowship
Jewish Learning Fellowship: Wellness
The Jewish Learning Fellowship (JLF) is an 8-week, conversational learning experience that brings students together to explore some of life’s big questions through a Jewish lens.
This semester’s JLF focuses on wellness, self-care, and relationships. Together, students explore what Jewish tradition has to say about caring for ourselves and others, being present, building meaningful relationships, and finding balance in the midst of a busy college life.
Through conversation, Jewish texts, and reflection, participants will consider their own approaches to wellness, build practical skills for emotional resilience, and connect Jewish ideas and traditions to their everyday lives.
No particular level of Jewish knowledge or background is expected. JLF is designed as a space to learn, ask questions, share perspectives, and get to know a small group of fellow students.
JLF meets weekly for eight weeks. Participants receive a stipend upon completion of the fellowship requirements, and food is provided at each session.
